Simple Brick Mangall

It's not a problem to buy or build a mangall. It is possible to purchase or order any, from a simple iron sample, less than one kilo of meat, to a supernatural barbecue valued under a million rubles.

But in most cases, you don't have to waste. 'Cause the cooking of shags depends mainly on skill, not on the box of coal. So, we're gonna put aside the buying of the dishwasher before we go to the woods, the cool barbecue will leave those who want to show their wealth, and we'll build the mangal on our own.

Plus, it's a way to do what you need. Minus needs to waste time, pick up materials, think about design. The last two paragraphs you will decide to read this article, after which you will need not more than five minutes to build a mangal.

To make a mangall, we'll be from hand-held materials. No weeds, we don't need solutions. We use bricks as building material. There's a couple of dozens of old bricks in every day, landing or near. That's what we're gonna do. It's also desirable to have a few small sheets of iron. You can have a retired old, bloody time. Which is easy to find, too. Although it's not necessary.

Okay, let's go. First, we put a sheet of iron on the ground. Its dimensions ~ 50x70 cm, about one third of the sheet. You can do more. I found a small leaf of dysfunction, and I used it. It's mostly for convenience, so it's possible to make a mangall right on the ground.

Then we're gonna blow it up. It doesn't have to be either. But in my former industrial mangall before, the side of the cheek was not enough for a good traction, and I decided to make a mangall with the basement. Dimensions are equal to the size of the mangal itself, which is chosen from the length of the shampoo.

My shampoos left by the old shashbag kit, the total length is 45 cm, and the length of the straight part where the meat is filled is 30 cm. The width of the mangal is therefore sufficient in the length of one brick (24 cm). Accordingly, I made two bricks (48 cm) long, which is almost in line with the size (50x30) of my old, indignant, iron moan.

Brick bricks were blowing up, I put a torch in order to get air free. But it turns out that we can and can't do it, there's enough cheek between bricks. With a small veteran, there was a too good traction in which the coals were burned fast, and it had to close down.
